About the Role
We’re looking for a
Group Planning Manager
— a sharp, insight-driven and culturally tuned strategist who can decode human truths, translate them into actionable brand strategies, and lead teams to create powerful, effective ideas.
This is a
senior strategic role
at the heart of Schbang’s creative ecosystem, ideal for planners who have honed their skills in
mainline or digital advertising agencies
and are ready to drive business and creative impact at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic thinking
across a portfolio of brands — from research and insight mining to creative strategy and campaign planning.
Partner with
creative, media, and account teams
to craft integrated communication strategies that solve real business problems.
Mentor and guide
a team of strategists and analysts — ensuring strategic consistency and excellence across brands.
Develop
brand frameworks, positioning maps, communication territories
, and campaign narratives.
Conduct and interpret
consumer research
, semiotic analyses, and trend studies to build culturally relevant work.
Translate insights into
powerful creative briefs
that inspire ideas and innovation.
Present strategies and insights directly to clients and business heads with clarity and conviction.
Drive measurable effectiveness and help shape Schbang’s
strategic planning culture
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years
of experience in
brand strategy / account planning
in a
mainline or digital agency environment
(must).
Proven track record of building
effective, insight-led campaigns
across multiple categories.
Strong understanding of
consumer behavior, digital ecosystems, and cultural trends
Excellent
storytelling, presentation, and analytical
skills.
Ability to think
conceptually and commercially

Confident in leading workshops, client presentations, and inter-agency collaborations.
