The HR Executive will be responsible for managing all human resource functions of the restaurant, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports a positive work culture within the team.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for all restaurant positions.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Handle payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of HR data to accounts.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations.
- Support training, performance evaluation, and employee development activities.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage full and final settlements.
- Assist management in HR planning and policy implementation.
