About the Role :

We’re looking for passionate IT Recruiters with 6 months to 2 years of experience in technical hiring. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates for top IT clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen profiles and conduct preliminary interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
• Maintain candidate records using Ceipal, Keka & Zoho
• Deliver a smooth candidate experience throughout the process
