Manage user lifecycle : Mail ID creation, deletion, and modifications. Configure and manage distribution groups,shared mailboxes, and policies. Implementsecurity controlsincluding spam mail blocking and phishing protection. Provide end-usersupportforOutlook,Teams, and otherO365 applications. Monitor O365 health, usage, and resolve issues proactively. Active Directory - User creation, Deletion and Mointoring etc Performservermonitoring, loganalysis,and validation to ensureuptimeand
performance. 1–2 years of experience in O365 Administration and Active Directory
Strong knowledge ofOutlook,Teams,ExchangeOnline, andsecurity policies. Proficiency in troubleshooting serverlogs,system errors, and connectivity issues.
