Responsibilities : Lead full-cycle recruitment for niche technical roles in AI, machine learning, and real-time systems. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates in competitive markets. Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and coordination with hiring teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Collaborate closely with engineering and product leaders to define role requirements and hiring priorities. Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular updates on recruitment pipeline progress. Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates and talent communities to strengthen future talent pipelines. Analyze hiring metrics and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and quality. Requirements Requirements : 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within AI / ML, software development, or related tech fields. Proven track record of successfully filling specialized roles in deep learning, computer vision, or real-time systems. Strong proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with stakeholders. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with technical concepts in AI model optimization (TensorRT, OpenVINO, CUDA) and real-time C++ / Python development is highly advantageous. Experience working in hybrid or remote team environments is preferred.
