IT Recruitment Specialist

Seeking an experienced professional to lead our end-to-end recruitment processes across various IT technologies and business units. Responsibilities include :

• Hands-on experience in IT recruitment with expertise in core IT technologies and Boolean strings
• Technical skills in software development, data analysis, and project management
• Ability to negotiate compensations, onboard candidates, and manage recruiting portals like Dice and Monster
• Working with ATS-VMS and negotiating on behalf of clients

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work multiple requirements, night shifts (EST / CST / PST / MST), and performance-based evaluations.
