What You’ll Do (Besides Your Coffee Routine)
- Own the entire recruitment cycle — from identifying talent pools to sealing the deal with top candidates.
- Build and manage strong talent pipelines, sourcing both active and passive candidates through creative strategies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, provide market insights, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Refine and optimize recruitment systems and workflows, improving ATS efficiency and interview structures.
- Mentor junior recruiters and guide them on best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder communication.
- Track and analyze key hiring metrics to drive data-backed recruitment decisions.
- Act as an ambassador of the company culture — professional, innovative, and people-focused.
What You Bring
7–10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (agency and / or in-house), with a focus on mid to senior-level hiring.Proven success in strategic sourcing, leadership hiring, and HR consulting.Strong negotiation and offer management skills.Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to balance priorities and build trusted partnerships with hiring teams.Hands-on experience using ATS and sourcing tools across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, people-first mindset.Ability to manage multiple open roles and adapt to fast-changing hiring needs in a dynamic environment.Skills
