Job descriptionSourcing, screening, shortlisting, and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals, Online Advertising and various platforms of Social Media, Strong networks, Referrals, etc Conducting telephonic and personal interviews and filtering suitable candidates for open positions Handling the complete end to end recruitment life cycle Recruiting for all levels of positions including Senior Management roles Employing appropriate methodologies to ensure effective benchmarking of candidates against the behavioral and technical competencies and cultural fit requirements of each position Advising Line Managers on the interpretation of behavioral evidence and participating in selection decisions where appropriate thus providing the best talent for their business Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications to appropriate job portals, Social Media Platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong decision-making skills
Executive Search Associate
Location - Hybrid / Remote Working

Pre-Requisites :
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in handling end to end recruitment
- Experience in IT and Non-IT roles
- Linkedin Recruiter license exp is must.
- Excellent communication skills in English
