Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Optics Engineer. The Optics Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing optical systems, conducting simulations and analyses, and ensuring effective integration of optical components into systems. Daily tasks include performing optical and systems design, developing laser-based components, and collaborating with engineering teams to meet technical and functional requirements. The role involves working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to create innovative solutions for remote sensing and imaging applications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Optical Design and Optical Engineering, including expertise in designing and analyzing optical components and systems.
• Experience with Space technologies and their applications in optical systems.
• Strong background in Systems Design and Physics, ensuring an understanding of underlying principles and integration processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Master's degree or higher in Optics, Electronics, Engineering Physics, Optical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in working with remote sensing or imaging technologies is a plus.
