Legal Briefing & Communicationo Independently brief senior advocates on case matterso Prepare comprehensive case summaries and updateso Maintain clear communication channels with the senior team2. Legal Researcho Conduct thorough legal research on indirect tax matterso Analyze relevant case laws, statutes, and regulationso Prepare research notes and legal precedent compilations3. Court Appearanceso Appear independently for case mentioning before courtso Handle procedural matters and urgent applicationso Represent matters as directed by senior 4. Legal Draftingo Draft legal opinions on indirect tax matterso Prepare writ petitions and appealso Draft replies, rejoinders, and other legal documentso Ensure all drafts meet quality standards and legal requirements5. Document Managemento Get documents reviewed and settled by senioro Ensure timely preparation and submission of all legal documentso Maintain accuracy in all legal documentation6. Hearing Supporto Assist senior advocates during court hearingso Prepare hearing notes and case briefso Coordinate with clients for hearing preparations7.
