Customer & Vendor Billing Executive

We’re looking for a Customer & Vendor Billing Executive who’s detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to take ownership of accurate, timely billing for our clients and partners.

What you’ll do :

Prepare and issue invoices for customers as per contracts, usage logs, or project milestones.

Track payments, follow up on collections, and maintain updated records.

Process vendor bills, match them with POs and agreements, and ensure timely payments.

Handle reconciliations, vendor statements, and monthly MIS reports.

Collaborate with the finance, operations, and sales teams to keep billing transparent and efficient.

What we’re looking for :

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent background in accounting or finance.

1–3 years of experience in customer / vendor billing, accounts receivable or payable.

Proficiency in accounting tools like Tally, Zoho Books

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment.
