About this Role

We are seeking a finance professional to lead the General Ledger (GL) Accounting function within the ARC Central Hub at VOIS. Based in Ahmedabad, this role is pivotal in delivering high-quality financial reporting and accounting services to the VISPL market. The individual will oversee a team responsible for Record to Report (R2R) activities, including IFRS15 (S15), Revenue and OPEX Accounting, and will act as the primary escalation point for operational matters.

What you will do

• Lead and manage the delivery of key financial processes including :
• Preparation of Financial Statements
• External and Internal Audit coordination
• Statutory reporting
• Month-end GL activities, including P&L reviews, HFM, APA closure, and Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Drive and oversee automation initiatives and process improvement projects
• Ensure robust internal controls through the 3C framework and support ad hoc management reporting and presentations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and insights
• Monitor and act on feedback from the ARC team and Local Market (LM) stakeholders
