Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter – Engineering to support full-cycle recruiting for mechanical, electrical, automotive, manufacturing, and hardware engineering roles. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience hiring for US-based engineering positions.
Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and qualify Engineering candidates (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Manufacturing, Hardware, Robotics, etc.)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and Boolean searches to identify top talent
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles
- Conduct initial technical screening and assess candidate job fit
- Coordinate interviews and provide seamless candidate experience
