Location : Remote

Stipend : INR 15,000 / month (Part-time, 4-5 hours / day)

We’re seeking a dynamic Founder’s Office Intern who will support the founders in day-to-day operations and contribute across client relations, recruitment, and business development.

What You’ll Do :

As a Founder’s Office Intern, you’ll be a key support for the founders while also contributing across multiple departments :

  • Founders’ Support : Assist with scheduling, email management, task coordination, presentations, and pitch decks. Act as an extra set of eyes and ears for the founders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Client Relations : Draft and send client-facing emails, follow up on pending feedback, maintain trackers, collect and relay client feedback, and assist in client onboarding (welcome kits, contracts, and introductory decks).
  • Recruitment : Support hiring processes, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with teams, and sharing updates with candidates.
  • Business Development : Help with lead generation, research, preparing pitch materials, and supporting outreach campaigns.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks : Take ownership of miscellaneous tasks that come up across the startup, including taking notes in meetings, sending recaps, and tracking action items.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel / Sheets, Trello, CRMs, and other tools.
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn across operations, client relations, recruitment, and business development.
