  • Lead integrated communication and marketing strategies for internal and external audiences, strengthening the talent experience and RSM's employer brand in India, aligned with firm priorities and brand voice.
  • Inspire, inform and engage our people while reinforcing RSM's strategy, culture and leadership visibility.
  • Build corporate reputation through powerful brand storytelling, recruitment marketing and PR.
  • Drive localized plans and content across channels, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize messaging, channel performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Communication acceleration center (CAC) - 35%

    • Oversee India-based CAC operations, ensuring seamless alignment, delivery excellence and measurable impact.
    • Lead hiring, onboarding, resourcing and development for a high-performing communication team.
    • Manage workflows, timelines and quality standards; introduce process improvements for scalability.
    • Apply analytics and feedback to refine strategies, elevate quality and boost efficiency.
    • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture rooted in feedback, mentorship and global best practices.
    • Continuous improvement - 10%

    • Use metrics and assessments to enhance practices, productivity and results.
    • Leverage technology / AI and insights to strengthen processes and outcomes.
    • Stakeholder management - 5%

    • Act as a trusted communication advisor to India and enterprise leaders.
    • Build strong partnerships across teams, enabling alignment and effective (REQUIRED OR PREFERRED) : Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
    • Master's degree preferred.

      TECHNICAL / SOFT SKILLS (REQUIRED OR Strong attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and channels.
    • Proven track record of sound judgment in managing communications for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to work with urgency, agility, and a solutions-focused mindset.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence, and build trust across teams and geographies.
    • Ability to lead a team and foster a culture of continue learning and excellence.
    • EXPERIENCE (MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR 6-8 years of progressive experience in communications or marketing roles.

    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated communications / marketing strategies for a global or matrixed organization.
    • Prior experience managing and scaling high-performing teams, with operations oversight.
    • Strong expertise in brand positioning, storytelling, and engagement strategies.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
    • Proficiency in AI tools, digital communication platforms, and reporting / dashboard tools.
    • Data-driven approach with experience using metrics and insights to improve communication impact.
    • LEADERSHIP SKILLS (REQUIRED OR Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional and collaborative demeanor.

    • Skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple projects and competing deadlines.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
