Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle GTM Module

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional and technical skills in Oracle GTM, along with working experience in OTM, transportation management, cloud migration, and the global trade domain. Leadership experience in end-to-end GTM implementations is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead or support full-cycle Oracle GTM implementations (minimum of 3 as a Functional / Solution Lead).
• Perform feasibility analysis, design quick POCs, and recommend solutions on GTM.
• Conduct gap analysis, propose and design workarounds or custom solutions in collaboration with Oracle and client stakeholders.
• Configure Oracle GTM based on business requirements and document all configurations.
• Create and maintain functional and technical design documents, use cases, and test scripts.
• Drive and participate in testing, deployment, and solution rollout activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a smooth on-premise to cloud migration.
• Manage and support Oracle GTM Cloud quarterly releases and related activities.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and performance tuning of GTM / OTM applications.
• Provide training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support to end users and clients.
