Qualification : Diploma / Graduate in Interior Design or Civil / Construction Engineering

Experience : 3-5 years in Interior Design Companies or any Architect

Candidates from Mumbai Metropolitan Area who all are available for PAN India Projects

Scope of Job :

 Site Execution, Coordination at site

 Material Management

 Manpower Management

 Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors

 Formulating specifications and preparation or Review of BOQs

 Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation

 Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

 Negotiations normally with clients site representatives & vendors

 Audit and Approve site measurement sheet & checklist

 Knowledge and execution of best safety practices at site Skill Set :

 Cost Conscious & planning skills

 Possess skills of reliability and confidentiality

 Good multi-tasking, delegation of work & duties
