We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company with 100s of partners on ground that support us.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting partnerships and forging strong relationships with clients.
About this role : -
Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing, will be responsible for managing our marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and other paid user acquisition channels to drive our paid user acquisition by fully leveraging the platforms capabilities. Work closely with branding, content, design and product team to implement all operational tasks and growth initiatives to drive growth using our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Paid User Acquisition : Responsible for paid user acquisition strategy, execution, testing, and deployment. Running targeted marketing campaigns, optimizing leads quality and conversion funnels.
User Acquisition In China : Responsible to drive user acquisition using Baidu Ads, XhoHongShu Ads, WeChat Ads, Douyin Ads
Program Management : Manage the full lifecycle of projects and programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Stakeholder Management : Build and nurture relationships with teams in China.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal departments and teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, finance) and external partners to achieve common goals.
Risk & Issue Management : Identify, analyze, and resolve risks and issues to ensure project success and timely delivery.
Reporting : Provide status updates on project KPIs, milestones, and budget to stakeholders and executives.
