Senior AI Engineer (Oracle Fusion & OCI)

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to build and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions using advanced LLMs, agent frameworks, and automation platforms. In this hands-on role, you will design, implement, and optimize AI-powered applications, including autonomous agents, RAG-based knowledge systems, and workflow automation that deliver measurable business value. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, AI and cloud, and engineering groups to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and production-ready Generative AI implementations

Responsibilities :

• Hands-on expertise in building, fine-tuning, and deploying production-scale Generative AI applications, including AI agents.
• Develop autonomous agents using OCI Generative AI and OCI Agentic AI frameworks (primary), with exposure to LangGraph, Azure AI Foundry, and Google ADK as a plus.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines for accurate contextual responses.
• Integrate Generative AI solutions with Oracle Fusion applications (ERP / HCM / SCM / EPM) using Oracle REST APIs and event frameworks.
• Automate business workflows by leveraging OCI services such as Functions, API Gateway, OIC, and Object Storage.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI agents primarily on OCI, with experience on Azure / GCP considered beneficial.
• Strong concepts in machine learning and Deep Learning with practical experience in PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
• Solid backend engineering skills in Python, and experience with Java or NodeJS is a plus.
• Ability to design secure and scalable AI-driven architectures with API management and cloud-native patterns.
• Working knowledge of MLOps practices preferred
