We are hiring Talent Recruiters to take full ownership of our end-to-end hiring process. You’ll be required to operate with a high level of agency, urgency, and accountability to meet ambitious hiring targets in a fast-paced startup environment. This is the perfect role for performance-oriented professionals with a high ceiling for growth and rewards.

This is a full-time hybrid position at our office in Pune, India (Mon-Wed WFO, Thu-Fri WFH). You’ll be required to work some of your time in the US Pacific time zone (be available between 7 PM – 1 AM IST to coordinate calls with US team members).

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting : Run end-to-end recruitment – source, screen, coordinate, and close candidates.

Candidate Sourcing : Drive outbound sourcing on LinkedIn, job portals, and through referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Pipeline Management : Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring pipeline, ensuring top candidates are prioritised and move through the funnel to close.

Offer & Onboarding Management : Manage the closing process for candidates end to end - including managing the offer process as well as the onboarding process.

Recruitment Focus : Focus on recruitment for 6–12 months. Some minor HR operations projects may be assigned but recruitment will be the primary focus for the first 6-12 months of your career with our company.

Requirements

Location : Based in Pune and able to work from our Kalyani Nagar office (hybrid mode).

Role Type : Full-time only, no part-time or freelance options available.

Experience : 0–5 Years, Ideally in Recruitment

Availability : Joiners Within 2 Weeks Preferred

Timings : Partial US Shift (be available between 7 PM – 1 AM IST to coordinate calls with US team members).

Language & Communication : Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Technical Skills : Microsoft Office of Google Docs / Sheets, Google Calendar

Work Ethic : Proactive, highly organized, and takes ownership of outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate

Can work full-time from our office in Kalyani Nagar, Pune and can start within 2 weeks.

Is excited about a high-growth career in hiring and recruitment.

Has very strong English communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Has strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Docs (spreadsheets, documents, and presentations) and using Google Calendar / Calendly.

Is comfortable working at least 50% of their time in the US Pacific time zone.

Has a leadership mindset with an emphasis on ownership - you’re a self-starter and a quick learner.

Can work in a team environment across hierarchy and functions to meet assigned goals.

Loves working in a fast-paced rapidly evolving start-up environment - with a focus on problem-solving and new challenges.

Is comfortable managing multiple projects - strong project management skills and organization.
