Technical Lead – Digital Experience (Sitecore &.NET)

Position : Technical Lead Digital Experience (Sitecore & .NET)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the technical implementation of Sitecore and .NET-based digital platforms, ensuring the solution is delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.
• Oversee development activities , ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Architects to translate architectural designs into actionable development tasks and ensure successful implementation.
• Lead by example in coding and development tasks, contributing to back-end development using .NET Core , ASP.NET , Web API , and microservices .
• Implement Sitecore-specific features such as content management , personalization , integrations , and performance optimizations .
• Manage integration with third-party systems and APIs, ensuring smooth data exchange and system interoperability.
• Optimize performance by implementing strategies like caching , asynchronous processing , and addressing system bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with the UX / UI team to ensure the technical feasibility of user interface designs and to address any front-end integration requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior developers , ensuring they follow best practices and maintain code quality.
• Review and maintain code quality by conducting code reviews, writing unit tests, and ensuring that best practices in version control (Git) and documentation are followed.
• Support CI / CD pipelines by collaborating with DevOps teams to integrate automated testing, deployment, and monitoring into the development process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-launch, ensuring smooth user experience and system stability.
