Job Description
- Design and execute benefits programs across APAC (health, retirement, time off, etc.).
- Align global rewards strategy with local market needs.
- Champion wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
- Administer benefits programs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and analyze program effectiveness.
- Present strategic insights to leadership using centralized data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.).
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in benefits management across APAC (Australia, India, Singapore).
- Strong understanding of regional compliance and market trends.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
