Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications.
- Design and implement SAP solutions aligned with business goals, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Manage EDI transactions using IBM Sterling, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to maximize SAP and EDI system utilization.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure timely project delivery, following best practices and standards.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications We Seek :
Minimum Qualifications / Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), or Financial Accounting (FI).Proven experience with EDI standards and protocols including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, or XML.Proficiency in IBM Sterling integration tools and technologies.Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Effective communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications / Skills :
Experience with SAP S / 4HANA or other advanced SAP technologies.Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.Skills Required
