About the Opportunity

A well-funded venture in the smart vending and automated retail space is seeking a dynamic leader to drive business strategy, operations, and growth.

This is a founding leadership position (CEO-level) with full P&L ownership and the opportunity to build a nationwide network from inception.

We are particularly interested in leaders with experience in vending, automated retail, or tech-enabled consumer distribution businesses.

The company aims to redefine on-the-go, contactless, and cashless retail through a next-generation network of connected vending and micro-market solutions across India.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the business roadmap from pilot to national rollout.
Build and lead multi-city teams across operations, sales, and partnerships.
Drive B2B partnerships with FMCG brands, corporates, and institutional clients.
Oversee P&L, pricing, and commercial strategy to ensure profitability and scalability.
Implement robust processes for supply chain, uptime, and performance analytics.
Represent the business with investors and strategic partners.

Ideal Profile

12–22 years of leadership experience in FMCG, retail, vending, or consumer-tech operations.

Proven track record of scaling multi-location businesses or leading BU-level P&L.

Exposure to automation, IoT retail, or tech-enabled distribution models preferred.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial and execution focus.
