- Enable self-organised teams to improve software quality by implementing and maintaining automated tests.
- Continuously enhance and optimise QA frameworks while training product teams on best practices.
- Support teams with test design, automation, and maintenance to ensure robust software delivery.
- Monitor and report QA-related metrics to the QA Lead Engineer, ensuring compliance with testing standards.
- Apply technical expertise in automation tools, cloud-based testing, and CI / CD processes for efficient test execution.

Working with Product teams will require skills such as communication, problem-solving and stakeholder managementExperience in domain knowledge in CPG / FMPG and integrations with ERPExperience working with AWS / Public CloudsExperience with Unit testing and / or BDD (for instance, using pytest)Experience in data / API testingExperience in release managementProficiency in Python, especially in working with PytestKey processes in the role
Enabling self-organized teams to improve the quality of deliverySpreading awareness on test automation within Product teamsReporting on QA related topics to the QA lead engineerRequirements
8+ years working as a QA in automation (Playwright, Robot Framework, Selenium)Knowledge of the formal software development lifecycle, with a solid grasp of manual and automated software testing methodologies and toolsProficiency in TypeScript (2+ years)Experience with test automation in cloud web applications (preferably SaaS)Understanding of CI / CDBasic knowledge ofnix : command line, general architectureProficiency with Git, Circleci and Confluence / JiraLife at Indigrators
