Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Lead specializing in Java and DevOps. The position is based in Indore with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include leading software development projects, designing and implementing scalable Java applications, and overseeing DevOps practices such as CI / CD pipeline management. The Technical Lead will also ensure application security, optimize database performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Java programming and Software Development
• Experience in DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipelines and automation
• Proficiency in managing Databases and optimizing their performance
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Network Security protocols
• Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience working in hybrid work environments and leading technical teams
