About the Role

We’re looking for a UI / UX Designer who can take ownership of how our products look, feel, and work. You’ll be designing real products we build and take to market collaborating with founders, product managers, and developers to translate ideas into intuitive, thoughtful, and visually consistent user experiences.

You’ll be involved from the earliest product discussions shaping problem statements, mapping user flows, creating wireframes, and delivering polished high-fidelity designs. We move quickly, think deeply, and design with intent. If you enjoy solving real UX challenges and care about clarity, simplicity, and consistency, you’ll be a great fit here.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with founders and product managers to understand product goals and user needs.
  • Translate product requirements into clear user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Own and evolve the product’s visual design system, patterns, and interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Conduct light UX research, usability understanding, and gather feedback to refine designs.
  • Maintain thoughtful documentation and rationale behind design decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4+ years of experience designing digital products (preferably in a product company ).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating clean UI , structured UX thinking , and design system work.
  • Proficiency in Figma (including components, auto-layout, styles, and prototyping).
  • Ability to communicate design decisions with clarity and rationale.
  • Comfortable working in environments where things move fast and iterations are frequent.

  • Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
  • Understanding of branding , visual storytelling , and creating visual coherence across surfaces.
  • FigJam for workshops, flows, and problem-solving.
