We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, and DB2 environments . The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe-based business applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to modernize and optimize existing mainframe systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2 .
• Perform coding, testing, debugging, and performance tuning of mainframe programs.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions .
• Maintain and enhance batch and online processing systems .
• Work on production support , defect analysis, and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and system flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with QA, system analysts, and other developers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate in code reviews , ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
