Role Overview
We’re looking for a
Senior Manager – L&D (Sales Enablement)
to lead end-to-end sales training, onboarding, and capability-building for our Sales, Marketing, Demand Gen, and Solutioning teams. This role will shape our sales readiness strategy and partner closely with cross-functional leaders to drive revenue impact and reduce ramp time.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deliver onboarding, sales bootcamps, and capability programs.
Create sales playbooks, pitch decks, and enablement content.
Identify skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions.
Run ongoing workshops, refreshers, and coaching sessions.
Measure training effectiveness through metrics and feedback.
Stay updated on sales trends, buyer behavior, and modern methodologies.
Experience & Skills
12–15 years
in Sales and
2–3 years
in Sales Training / Enablement.
Strong B2B sales and consultative selling knowledge.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact sales pitches.
High ownership, influence, and stakeholder management.
