Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Python / FastAPI Development Lead to design, build, and manage high-performance backend services. The ideal candidate will own the full API lifecycle—from architecture to deployment—while guiding the team with strong leadership and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI

Implement asynchronous programming and scalable backend logic

Lead the end-to-end API lifecycle : design → development → deployment

Drive best coding practices , automated testing, and CI / CD workflows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers

Ensure robust version control and release processes using Git
