Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant - HCM || SCM

We are seeking experienced Oracle Cloud Consultants specializing in HCM , SCM Functional , and ERP Technical domains to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud applications to meet business needs across industries.

Work location : India - Hybrid

️ Key Responsibilities

HCM Functional Consultant

Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management)

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations

Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for clients

Support testing, data migration, and post-go-live activities

SCM Functional Consultant

Implement Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing)

Collaborate with stakeholders to define supply chain processes and system requirements

Configure applications and support integration with other modules

Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues

ERP Technical Consultant

Develop and customize Oracle Cloud ERP solutions using tools like OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Visual Builder

Build integrations using REST / SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud

Design and deploy reports, dashboards, and extensions

Collaborate with functional teams to support end-to-end implementations

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

5–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, SCM, or ERP Technical modules

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and data models

Experience with implementation lifecycle : requirements, configuration, testing, deployment

Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, and Oracle development tools (for technical roles)

Excellent communication and client-facing skills
