Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate BDE to join our sales team. This role involves building and managing corporate partnerships for wellness programs. It includes lead generation, proposal support, client coordination, and ensuring smooth execution while staying updated on industry trends.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development & Partnerships : Identify and engage potential corporate partners for wellness programs, webinars, retreats, and long-term collaborations.
- Lead Management : Maintain and update a structured database of leads, ensuring timely and consistent follow-ups.
- Client Solutions : Support in creating customized proposals, decks, and wellness offerings tailored to client requirements.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.
- Client Relationship Management : Assist in managing ongoing corporate relationships to strengthen partnerships and foster long-term engagement.

Qualifications :
