Senior Technical Developer for Oracle HCM Cloud

Job Overview

Fusion HCM Sr. Technical Consultant is a senior-level technical expert responsible for the development and support of Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on US and Canada Payroll.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical development, with strong writing skills in Fast Formula development and experience working in the payroll area for US and Canada region.

The role involves developing and supporting payroll data extracts, updating RTF templates, and BIP and OTBI development and support.

The candidate should be proficient in SQL / PL SQL tuning and programming, with experience in HDL, HCM Extracts, SDLC, and JIRA.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gathering detailed technical requirements from the business
• Documenting these in technical specifications
• Uniting / regression testing of RICE components
• Troubleshooting open cases / issues
• Coordinating with team regarding required open tickets
• Consulting on requested technical changes

Requirements :

The candidate will require excellent communication skills (both verbal & written), readiness to work night shifts, and a Master's degree or equivalent graduate in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.

A strong understanding of Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll area is essential, along with desired skills in BIP, OTBI, and SQL / PL SQL.
