Key Deliverables
Financial Outcomes
Leveraging Shared Services :
Identify areas of work within India and International HR sub functions which can be handled by shared services team, support VP- Rewards, Performance and Digital in creating a business case for movement of such work areas to PIVOT, and partner with Digital and PIVOT team to create a road map for implementation
Cost Management :
Partner with Digital team to negotiate cost for any identified system related changes. Review invoices raised by the Implementation partner and ensure costs are within the approved budget
Customer Service
Creating User Friendly HRIS :
Collaborate with HR sub function stakeholders to understand HRIS requirements across employee lifecycle, identify gaps in the existing processes, define the revised processes and workflows to enable better work efficiency, and work with Digital team as well as implementation partner to translate it into HRIS architecture solution.
Strong Project management :
Ensure timely launch and closure of key initiatives on Success Factors such as performance goal setting, engagement survey, analysis on clear view and learning initiatives in partnership with HR sub function teams etc.
Internal Processes
Data Management :
Ensure carrying out all employee related changes on the system, system additions and implementation in partnership with the vendors / SAP. Enable HR teams to report better data through systems for the purpose of public filings such as annual report, BRSR, audit requirements etc.
Innovation and Learning
People Analytics & Insight :
Drive the development of HR analytics along with HR sub function teams and provide actionable insights on attrition, hiring, incentives, employee cost through Clearview, Power BI etc.. for use by the Senior Management
Learning : Ensure learning of data governance guidelines established by Digital team for various Geographies and keep updated on Country related regulations on Data privacy and data breach prevention
Critical Factors for the role
3-4 years experience in data reporting, HR Digitization, SAP Success Factors.
Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, data architecture, and data security. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
