At CherYsh Trust India, we're building a brighter, tech-powered future for underprivileged rural children through immersive STEM education and hands-on digital literacy programs. We work with rural women educators, using digital tools, and deliver transformative learning in English, Science, and Math and Computer Science.

To scale this impact, we're looking for a passionate and resourceful Junior Manager – Resource Mobilization to join our team and lead outreach to corporates, CSR teams, foundations, and HNW families who believe in equitable access to education.

What You’ll Do

Donor Research & Prospecting

Use AI-powered tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DonorSearch) to identify corporates and HNIs aligned with STEM, digital learning, and rural empowerment.

Build a robust donor pipeline using data insights and CSR trends.

Data & CRM Management

Maintain accurate donor records via Zoho CRM / Salesforce.

Create dashboards and reports using advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Grant Writing & Pitch Letters

Draft and edit high-quality grant proposals using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper) and Grammarly.

Personalize each pitch to align with donor priorities and CherYsh’s proven impact (e.g., 1,000+ students trained).

Donor Engagement & Relationship Management

Build relationships with CSR heads and HNWIs via calls, emails, and meetings.

Organize immersive site visits to our rural STEM labs.

Campaign Support

Assist in running fundraising campaigns and donor outreach programs with personalized targeting and storytelling.

Reporting & Compliance

Generate quarterly donor reports and ensure compliance with FCRA and CSR guidelines.

Who You Are

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.

1–3 years’ experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or donor engagement (non-profit or corporate).

Bonus Points

Prior exposure to STEM or rural education initiatives.

Understanding of India’s CSR landscape and what drives HNW donors.

Skills You’ll Need

AI & Research Tools : Able to use LinkedIn AI, ChatGPT, or custom scripts for donor research and writing.

Excel & CRM : Advanced Excel + experience with CRM platforms like Zoho or Salesforce.

Writing & Communication : Strong command of English; confident, polished written and verbal communication.

Relationship Building : Able to manage stakeholder relationships with sensitivity and professionalism.

Organization : Excellent time management with the ability to juggle multiple donor pipelines.
