Main Responsibilities :
- Market Development Officer is responsible for delivering business objectives through CG contractors (share gain at existing contractors and acquiring new contractors)
- S / He will be responsible for all for capability development of Contractor Relationship Officers (CRO) for handling CG contractors, Demand Generation & sell out activities through CG contractors

Responsible for demand Generation activities / Sell Out support to depot team through CG contractorsResponsible for capability development of Contractor Relationship Officers (CRO) for handling contractors, Demand Generation & sell out activities through CG contractorsEnsure regular engagement with CG contractors, enrolment of new contractors, revival of inactive contractors etc. Engagement 50% of registered contractors buy month on month from ANIDeliver Value per contractor target as per defined normEnsure timely communication about new products offerings and intervention to CG contractorsEnsure site leads qualifying as Professional sites are intimated to the respective Professional Sales Officer where such roles existKey Accountabilities :
Capability Development
Build capability of CROs for contractor management, Demand Generation & sell out activities through CG contractorsExecute fixed training calendar for all CROsEnsure and monitor contractor training through CROsAdministrative / Processes :
Journey planning (self) using online PJP tool as per norms & adherenceEnsure PJP compliance by CROs as per normsAdminister gift redemption to CG contractorsProvide all relevant or requested information to ASMCustomer Complaint Management (attending, recording, internal follow-ups & communicating the resolution status) on the sites handled by CG teamMarket / Competitor information :
Provide information on competitors activities (promotions, price changes, new products, new contractors, contractor meets, new initiatives, any issues in the market etc.)
