Job description

We are seeking an experienced PHP Developer with a strong background in Travel API integration to join our team on a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with global distribution systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or similar travel APIs for hotels, and holiday packages.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain back-end modules using PHP and MySQL for travel portal systems.
  • Integrate third-party travel APIs (flight, hotel, car rental, holiday booking, etc.).
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless API communication.
  • Debug, test, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
  • Document integration processes and technical specifications.
  • Work in coordination with product and design teams to deliver features on time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in PHP development (Laravel preferred).
  • Strong understanding of REST and SOAP-based Travel APIs
  • Good knowledge of web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
  • Familiarity with structured database design and management (MySQL).
  • Understanding of cloud hosting environments (AWS, cPanel, or similar).
  • Prior work on B2C / B2B travel booking platforms.
  • Availability for a full-time, short-term project (2–6 months).
