Purpose of the Role :

Develop, design, and deliver client-ready visualization dashboards using tools like MS Excel, SQL, Tableau and PowerBI

Analyze and interpret relevant pharma datasets such as Patient data and Rx data to generate meaningful insights

Apply your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex data challenges

Communicate effectively with clients and team members, translating complex data into actionable business insights

Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements, attending key conferences and summarizing findings for clients and internal terms

Requirements : Experience :

1-2 years in data analysis or visualization, preferably within the bio-pharma industry

Technical Proficiency :

Expertise in BI tools such as MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau

Data Analysis Skills :

Strong analytical abilities with a focus on pharma-relevant datasets, including patient and prescription data

Visualization Expertise :

Proven ability to develop client-ready dashboards and visualizations with minimal guidance

Pharma Industry Knowledge :

Understanding of the bio-pharmaceutical industry, including commercial strategies and product launches

Independent Working :

Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and manage complete project deliverables

Communication Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to clearly convey complex data insights

Adaptability & Teamwork :

Flexibility to work in fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively within a team
