Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Sales Manager, located in Kanpur. The Banquet Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and managing banquet sales, coordinating with clients to organize and plan events, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with potential clients, negotiating contracts, working closely with the catering and event planning teams, and overseeing the execution of events to ensure they run smoothly.

Qualifications

Sales Management and Sales skills

Customer Service experience

Expertise in Catering Sales and Event Planning

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously

Relevant experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
