We're currently scaling our client base and looking for a Sales & Growth Partner to help us reach more premium brands and close high-value retainers.

What You'll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle brand sectors.
• Handle end-to-end sales process from first contact to closing.
• Pitch Flowstate's services with confidence and clarity.
• Maintain follow-ups and manage a small CRM or lead tracker.
• Collaborate with the founders to refine offers, proposals, and decks.
• Build long-term relationships that can turn into retainer clients.
