Excel / WFM Executive

Job Title : Excel / WFM Executive

Location : Mohali, India

Duration : Contractual (6 Months)

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources such as SharePoint, reporting portals, and other WFM tools.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards.
• Analyse historical data to predict future workload and staffing requirements.
• Design and manage schedules to ensure proper coverage and adherence to service level targets.
• Coordinate shift changes, time-off requests, and training schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, shifts, and time-off.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other teams to align staffing levels with business needs.
• Ensure workforce management activities, data management, and reporting processes comply with company policies and labour regulations while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.
