Job description

Role :

  • Lead strategy, product development, partnerships and P&L for the VAS portfolio.
  • Drive revenue growth, high- volume distribution, and cross- functional delivery across product, sales, operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategy & Roadmap : Define VAS vision and 1-3 year roadmap.
  • P&L & Commercials : Own revenue, pricing, bundling and margin targets.
  • Product Lifecycle : Lead ideation, pilots, launches and scale for core VAS and wholesale variants.
  • Business Development : Manage key accounts and partnerships to drive product penetration and distribution.
  • GTM & Promotions : Design go- to- market and promotional mechanics for large- scale rollouts.
  • Operations & Contact Centre : Implement scalable, cost- efficient contact centre / outbound models with strong data governance.
  • Customer & Payments : Ensure smooth onboarding, fulfilment and payment flows; improve CSAT / NPS.
  • Compliance & Risk : Ensure regulatory and data- privacy compliance across offerings.
  • People Leadership : Build and mentor a cross- functional VAS Degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce or related; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in product / commercial leadership with experience launching and scaling VAS or bundled products.
