- Lead strategy, product development, partnerships and P&L for the VAS portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth, high- volume distribution, and cross- functional delivery across product, sales, operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Roadmap : Define VAS vision and 1-3 year roadmap.P&L & Commercials : Own revenue, pricing, bundling and margin targets.Product Lifecycle : Lead ideation, pilots, launches and scale for core VAS and wholesale variants.Business Development : Manage key accounts and partnerships to drive product penetration and distribution.GTM & Promotions : Design go- to- market and promotional mechanics for large- scale rollouts.Operations & Contact Centre : Implement scalable, cost- efficient contact centre / outbound models with strong data governance.Customer & Payments : Ensure smooth onboarding, fulfilment and payment flows; improve CSAT / NPS.Compliance & Risk : Ensure regulatory and data- privacy compliance across offerings.People Leadership : Build and mentor a cross- functional VAS Degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce or related; MBA preferred.8+ years in product / commercial leadership with experience launching and scaling VAS or bundled products.(ref : iimjobs.com)
