About the Role

You will be the central hub, providing critical support that ensures our hiring process runs smoothly, efficiently, and provides a world-class experience for every candidate. This role is perfect for a proactive and detail-obsessed individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a high-impact career in HR.

What You'll Do

• You will own the complex logistics of interview coordination. This includes scheduling phone, video, and on-site interviews across multiple time zones, working directly with candidates, recruiters, and senior hiring managers.
• Act as the first and primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring every applicant receives prompt, professional, and empathetic communication. You are a key brand ambassador for Dezerv.
• You will gain deep, practical experience with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Your responsibilities include maintaining pristine data integrity, posting new jobs, tracking candidate progress, and generating reports.
• Partner with recruiters to learn how to use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to find, identify, and map out high-potential talent for our most critical roles.
• Go beyond the day-to-day. You'll have the chance to contribute to impactful projects in areas like employer branding, university recruitment strategies, diversity & inclusion sourcing, or candidate experience surveys.
• As you build confidence, you will have the opportunity to shadow and eventually conduct initial screening calls for junior roles, giving you direct, hands-on recruiting experience.
