Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D BIM Consultant at GKC Consultants. The consultant will be responsible for implementing BIM-based project controls, optimizing schedules and conducting BIM modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D architectural models from LOD 200 to LOD 500
• Well versed with 3D BIM Tools like Autodesk REVIT, ArchiCAD, BlueBeam, Sketchup etc...
• Create, edit, and manage Revit Families for Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems with parameters.
• Conduct clash detection, resolution, and reporting to ensure coordinated models.
• Work with BIM annotations, levels, and documentation for project accuracy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project coordination and compliance with BIM standards.
• Assist in reviewing and interpreting architectural and structural drawings for model creation.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, accuracy, and project documentation.
• Use tools such as Navisworks and ACC for model review, coordination, and collaboration.
