Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at HAIR RAP BY YOYO, based in Ahmedabad. The representative will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing schedules, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Day-to-day tasks will include handling customer feedback, resolving complaints, and supporting the team in maintaining excellent service standards. • Strong skills in handling Customer Satisfaction and ensuring repeat business

• Previous experience in the beauty or salon industry is an advantage
