About the Role

We’re hiring experienced Optometrists from India to join one of Germany’s most respected optical retail chains. You’ll manage daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and use our bespoke automated equipment to guide customers to the perfect optical solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and prepare them for eye testing using our in-store bespoke optical equipment (testing performed automatically).
• Review results and recommend suitable lenses based on customer needs.
• Inform customers about current promotions, offers, and product options.
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance their eyewear experience.
• Oversee store operations and maintain high standards of service and presentation.
• Keep accurate customer and sales records in compliance with German retail and healthcare requirements.
