🔷 We're Hiring : ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) 🔷

📍 Location : Noida (Hybrid / Onsite as per project needs)

🕒 Experience : 12–18 Years

What You’ll Do :

🔹 Lead pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and client presentations

🔹 Oversee end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery

🔹 Act as a trusted advisor for clients across industries

🔹 Mentor junior talent and contribute to practice development

What We’re Looking For :

✅ 12–18 years of IT experience, with 8+ years in ServiceNow

✅ Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD modules

✅ Strong pre-sales, solutioning, and stakeholder management skills

✅ ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) preferred
