Core Objective

To create performance-driven video creatives (UGC-style, native hooks, product explainers, trend-led formats) optimised for Meta ads, with the goal of driving CTR, ATC, and ROAS.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in content creation or performance-led video

Strong command over short-form formats — Reels, Meta Video Ads, UGC

Comfortable being behind or in front of the camera

Hands-on knowledge of editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Suite

Deep understanding of what converts on Meta (hooks, CTAs, visuals)

Highly self-organised with ability to multi-task & meet deadlines

Bonus : Passion for skincare, beauty, or lifestyle D2C brands
