Accounts Receivable Executive

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Accounts team under the CTC group. The ideal candidate will have up to one year of experience in Accounts, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in the Accounts and Finance domain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations , including customer invoicing and payment tracking.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer receipts and reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues .
• Maintain proper documentation and support for receivables transactions .
• Assist in the preparation of AR reports , aging analysis , and other MIS reports as required.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

Shift Timing : 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM IST

Location : Rushikonda Hill No : 2, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (Work From Office)
