What You’ll Do
You will :
- run growth for multiple D2C brands - not “support”, run.
- Lead client communication with founders, operators, and marketing heads
- Own brand performance end-to-end - revenue, ROAS, CAC, retention
- Build and execute full-funnel strategies across ads, retention, CRO, landing pages, and creative
- Analyze numbers daily, spot patterns, and turn insights into action
- Manage weekly / monthly brand reviews with clarity, confidence, and direction
- Coordinate with performance, creative, copy, retention, design, and ops teams to keep momentum alive
- Drive experiments : offers, funnels, creatives, segments, pages and report outcomes
- Think business, not channels and make decisions that improve scale & profitability
